The longer I inhabit this current life, the more I am in a state of wonder. I guess it easily translates into a sense of gratitude. My art represents some of those amazing
things, feelings and happenings.
Always find the time for the people and things that make you feel happy to be alive.💗
I have been journaling my life since I was ten. As Sylvia Plath said, “I write only because there is a voice within me that will not be still.” I must write.
I was raised by a single mother who encouraged me to avoid risk to keep me emotionally safe. Learning to leap was a difficult journey, but I did. How great the rewards! They far outweigh any of the bumps. #selfempowerment
“It’s not what you gather, but what you scatter that tells what kind of life you have lived.” -Helen Walton
Art journaling is my zen.
