I started a bullet journal in January. My goal was to create a “pretty place” for my daily “to do” list. Following a multitude of bullet journalists on IG, I quickly decided I would NOT track every aspect of my life! Whew. I do not want to invest THAT kind of energy. I do, however, want to track/showcase my daily lettering, a daily reflection and gratitudes. As a result, I have a daily log of my art typography, daily do’s and gratitudes. #gratifying
Art journaling is so zen for me. People who view my completed pages marvel at the tiny details and vivid colors. Those very details are what allow me to tamp down my monkey brain and just be in that very focused creative moment.
Our family time at our Shasta Lake cabin is always special. Off-grid, it is all about face-time and authentic sharing. Throw in a coiled Timber rattler and kayaking, and so much more…
My friends expand my perception and enlarge my capacity for giving and receiving. These ladies in my life help me to function at my higher vibrations. #grateful

When you choose to lie to me or distort the truth, you show me disrespect. Lying to avoid a loved one’s reaction to your truth reflects your insecurity. Lies erode relationships.
The longer I inhabit this current life, the more I am in a state of wonder. I guess it easily translates into a sense of gratitude. My art represents some of those amazing
things, feelings and happenings.
